No more premature babies?

Premature births may be a thing of the past with a new simple test that could be given to pregnant women.

The bbc reported that hormone levels that often lead to early labour could be tested for and women could be given a supplement to replace this missing hormone.

It's still not entirely clear how this would work and testing is still underway. But it would be great if the number of premie babies could be reduced as there would be less trauma for the mother, child, and family, and many disabilities could be avoided.
